About the employer

Elysium Noosa Resort is a luxury hospitality development in Noosa, Queensland, associated with Accor’s MGallery Hotel Collection. MGallery properties are designed around distinctive locations, local character and individual storytelling rather than a standardised hotel experience. The resort is expected to focus on refined accommodation, attentive guest service, dining and wellness, reflecting Noosa’s coastal lifestyle and premium tourism market. As part of Accor, the property benefits from the group’s international operating expertise, reservation platforms, loyalty network and career-development opportunities. Team members are generally expected to combine genuine local hospitality with the professional standards of a global hotel organisation. The role may suit candidates who enjoy a resort environment, multicultural guests and a service culture built around personalised experiences.

Working in Australia

Australia offers hospitality opportunities in hotels, resorts, restaurants, tourism, housekeeping, front office and reservations, especially in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Western Australia and the Northern Territory. Noosa is a relaxed coastal destination known for beaches, national parks, outdoor dining and a strong seasonal tourism economy. Lifestyle benefits include warm weather, outdoor activities and a generally multicultural community, although accommodation can be expensive and competition for rentals is high. Common work options include employer-sponsored visas, the Working Holiday Maker program for eligible passport holders, student visas with work limits, and skilled or regional pathways. Check current requirements with the Australian Department of Home Affairs before travelling. Candidates should budget for flights, bond and rent, tax, transport and health insurance. A valid work visa, tax file number and Australian bank account are normally needed to begin employment.
