It operates under Accor, a major international hospitality group with hotels and resorts across more than 100 countries. Working in Indonesia

Indonesia offers hospitality, tourism, technology and business opportunities across Bali, Java, Lombok, Batam and other islands. Bali is especially attractive for resort careers, with a relaxed lifestyle, strong international community, rich Hindu culture, temples, ceremonies, beaches and outdoor activities. Living costs vary: Bali’s tourist areas can be expensive, while local neighborhoods and Java are generally more affordable. Respectful dress at temples, modest behavior during ceremonies and sensitivity to religious customs are important. English is common in tourism, although learning basic Indonesian is valuable. Foreign nationals normally need an employer-sponsored work authorization and appropriate limited-stay visa or KITAS; working on a tourist visa is not permitted. Employers typically assist with immigration, contracts and local registration. Candidates should confirm salary, accommodation, insurance, tax treatment, relocation support and visa responsibility before accepting an offer.
