Pullman Hotels & Resorts is an upscale international hospitality brand operated by Accor, one of the world’s leading hotel groups. Pullman properties are designed for modern leisure and business travelers, combining stylish accommodation, restaurants, wellness facilities, recreational activities and professional service. Pullman Maldives All-Inclusive Resort is located on Maamutaa Island in the Gaafu Alif Atoll and offers an all-inclusive island-resort experience surrounded by tropical scenery and marine life. As part of Accor, the resort provides employees with opportunities to work in a multicultural environment and develop careers across hotels worldwide. Resort engineering teams play an important role in maintaining guest rooms, restaurants, public areas, utilities and staff facilities to high standards of safety, comfort and reliability.
Maldives resort jobs are commonly available in engineering, housekeeping, food and beverage, culinary services, front office, diving, marine activities, wellness and guest relations. Resort islands are multicultural workplaces, while local communities follow Maldivian traditions influenced by Islam, with modest dress and respectful behavior expected outside resort areas. Life on a resort island is peaceful but isolated; employees usually receive accommodation and meals, though access to larger shops and entertainment can be limited. Foreign workers generally need an employer-sponsored Employment Approval and work permit, with the employer handling much of the application process. Before relocating, confirm contract terms, medical requirements, airfare, accommodation, leave, insurance and whether utilities are included. Malé is the main gateway, followed by a domestic flight or seaplane transfer to many resort islands.
