The property serves business travellers, event delegates, groups and leisure guests, offering accommodation, dining, meeting facilities and professional event support. As part of Accor, a global hospitality group operating a wide portfolio of hotel brands worldwide, the hotel benefits from international systems, sales networks, training opportunities and career mobility. Working in United Arab Emirates

The United Arab Emirates is a modern Gulf federation rather than an island, with Dubai and Abu Dhabi offering the largest concentration of hospitality, tourism, events and business opportunities. The culture combines Emirati traditions with a highly international workforce; respectful dress, punctuality and awareness of Islamic customs are important. Lifestyle can be fast-paced and cosmopolitan, with excellent transport, shopping, beaches and dining, although summer heat and accommodation costs should be considered. Most overseas employees require employer-sponsored residence and work visas. Employers generally arrange work permits, medical testing, Emirates ID processing and health insurance, while flights and accommodation allowances vary by contract. Candidates should verify salary, commission, housing, transport, annual leave and end-of-service benefits before relocating. English is widely used in hotels, while Arabic is advantageous.
