The FP&A Analyst supports financial planning and analysis for Raffles and Fairmont’s global operations. Responsibilities typically include budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, variance analysis, financial modelling, performance tracking and preparing presentations for senior stakeholders. Candidates are expected to hold a degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field, with experience in FP&A, management reporting or hospitality finance. Strong Excel and analytical skills are essential, along with familiarity with financial systems, data interpretation and professional reporting. The role requires accuracy, commercial awareness, confidentiality and the ability to manage deadlines across multiple regions. Excellent communication skills and fluent English are expected; experience with luxury hospitality, Power BI or similar reporting tools would be advantageous.
Accor is a leading global hospitality group operating hotels, resorts and lifestyle brands across more than 100 countries. Its portfolio includes internationally recognised brands such as Raffles, Fairmont, Sofitel, Pullman, Novotel and ibis, covering luxury, premium, midscale and economy segments. Raffles is known for highly personalised luxury service, while Fairmont combines landmark properties, heritage and full-service hospitality. Accor employs a large international workforce and supports hotel operations through strong commercial, financial, digital and sustainability functions. The group places emphasis on guest experience, employee development, inclusion and responsible tourism. A global FP&A role supporting Raffles and Fairmont would likely involve collaboration with regional and brand leadership teams, providing analysis that helps guide budgets, forecasts, investment decisions and business performance.
The United Arab Emirates is not an island, but Dubai is a major coastal city and an international hub for hospitality, finance, aviation and tourism. Opportunities are especially strong in hotels, resorts, restaurants, events, retail, technology and corporate services. UAE workplaces are multicultural, professional and generally relationship-oriented; Arabic is the official language, while English is widely used. Dubai offers modern housing, excellent transport, extensive dining and entertainment, beaches and a warm desert climate, though rent and schooling can be expensive. Employers normally arrange an employment visa, work permit and residence sponsorship after hiring, with medical checks and Emirates ID registration required. Relocating employees should budget for accommodation deposits, health insurance, transport and initial living costs. UAE law and local customs should be respected, particularly during Ramadan. Tax-free personal income is a major attraction, although other living expenses can be substantial.
