About the employer

Rixos Bab Al Bahr is an all-inclusive luxury resort in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, operated under the Rixos brand and part of Accor. Located beside the Arabian Gulf, the resort offers extensive accommodation, restaurants, bars, pools, entertainment, wellness facilities, and family-focused activities. Its operation depends on a large, multicultural workforce serving leisure and group guests throughout the year. Rixos is known for combining Turkish hospitality traditions with international resort standards, energetic entertainment, and comprehensive guest experiences. Working in United Arab Emirates

The UAE is not an island, but it offers a coastal lifestyle with beaches, desert landscapes, major cities, and resort destinations such as Ras Al Khaimah, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi. Hospitality, tourism, aviation, retail, construction, healthcare, technology, and finance provide many employment opportunities. The culture blends Emirati traditions with a highly international population; modest dress and respect for local customs are expected, especially during Ramadan. Lifestyle options range from quiet beach and mountain living in Ras Al Khaimah to the busy urban environment of Dubai. Most expatriates need an employer-sponsored residence visa and work permit, with medical testing and Emirates ID registration normally arranged after arrival. Employers may provide accommodation, transport, insurance, and meals. Living costs vary considerably, and employees should confirm housing, contract terms, probation, leave, and end-of-service benefits before relocating.
