Working in United Arab Emirates

Al Marjan Island is a man-made coastal destination in Ras Al Khaimah, known for beaches, resorts, water activities and a quieter lifestyle than Dubai or Abu Dhabi. Hospitality, tourism, food and beverage, engineering, housekeeping, security and wellness roles are common, particularly in hotels and resorts. The culture combines Emirati traditions with a large international expatriate community; respectful dress and behavior are expected, especially during Ramadan and in public places. Residents enjoy beaches, outdoor activities, shopping, restaurants and easy access to Ras Al Khaimah’s mountains and Dubai. Employers usually sponsor a work visa, residence permit, medical examination and Emirates ID for overseas hires. Many resort positions include accommodation, transport, meals, healthcare and annual leave. Candidates should confirm the full benefits package, contract terms and recruitment costs before relocating.
