About the employer

Novotel Bali Ubud Resort is a planned Accor property located in the cultural and wellness-rich area of Ubud, Bali. As part of the Novotel brand, the resort is expected to combine comfortable, contemporary accommodation with practical services for leisure travelers, families, groups and business guests. Its setting in central Bali positions it close to rice terraces, temples, art communities and nature-based experiences, making wellness and lifestyle programming especially relevant. The resort’s opening team will help establish operating standards, guest experiences and commercial performance from the pre-opening stage. Accor is a global hospitality group operating a broad portfolio of hotels and resorts across many countries. Employees may benefit from structured training, international hospitality exposure, career mobility and brand-based service standards. Specific opening dates, benefits and employment terms should be confirmed directly with Accor or the property.

Working in Indonesia

Bali offers opportunities in hotels, resorts, restaurants, spas, wellness retreats, tourism, events and guest services, particularly in Ubud, Seminyak, Canggu, Nusa Dua and Denpasar. The culture blends Hindu traditions, ceremonies, arts, community values and a generally welcoming attitude toward visitors, although respectful dress and behavior are important at temples. Lifestyle options range from quiet village living and yoga to beaches, dining, nightlife and outdoor activities. Living costs vary considerably; accommodation and transport in popular areas can be expensive, while local neighborhoods are more affordable. Foreign nationals normally need an appropriate work visa and work permit arranged with an Indonesian employer; tourist or visa-on-arrival status does not authorize employment. Employers commonly assist with immigration and relocation paperwork, but candidates should verify current requirements with Indonesian authorities. Consider health insurance, housing, transport, tax obligations and the tropical climate before relocating.
