The group is known for refined service, Asian-inspired hospitality and strong attention to guest experience. Its Hong Kong properties serve leisure travellers, corporate clients, events and long-stay guests, supported by restaurants, meeting facilities and premium accommodation. Employees generally work in a multicultural environment with opportunities to develop careers across hotels and destinations. The company places emphasis on genuine care, professionalism, teamwork and personalised service. Benefits and employment conditions vary by property and position, but may include staff meals, medical coverage, discounts, training and career progression. Sales employees contribute directly to occupancy, event and business performance by developing relationships with companies, travel partners and other key accounts.

Working in Hong Kong

Hong Kong offers extensive opportunities in hospitality, tourism, finance, retail, technology and professional services, with hotel sales roles concentrated in Central, Tsim Sha Tsui, Admiralty, Causeway Bay and the airport area. The culture combines Cantonese traditions, international influences, efficient public transport and a fast-paced working style. Lifestyle options range from dense urban living, shopping and nightlife to beaches, hiking trails and outlying islands. Rent is high, particularly in central districts, while public transport is reliable and comparatively affordable. Foreign professionals normally need an employment visa sponsored by a Hong Kong employer; the company must demonstrate a genuine role and suitable salary, and applicants usually need relevant qualifications or experience. Dependants may apply for dependant visas. Candidates should arrange accommodation, health insurance, banking and tax registration after arrival. Cantonese is valuable for local relationships, while English is widely used in business and hotels.
