Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is a globally recognised luxury hospitality company operating hotels, resorts and private residences in leading destinations worldwide. The brand is known for highly personalised service, refined accommodation and strong attention to guest experience. Four Seasons Maldives at Kuda Huraa is a private-island resort in North Malé Atoll, combining luxury villas, restaurants, marine activities, wellness facilities and water-based experiences. The company places significant emphasis on employee development, teamwork, professionalism and respectful service. Team members typically work in an international environment and may receive benefits such as staff accommodation, meals, uniforms, transportation, training and access to resort facilities, depending on the position and local employment terms.
Maldives resort islands offer opportunities in security, front office, food and beverage, housekeeping, engineering, marine activities, wellness and management. Resort life is international and structured, with employees commonly living in shared staff accommodation and receiving meals, uniforms and transport between islands or nearby communities. Maldivian culture is welcoming and strongly influenced by Islam, so modest dress and respect for local customs are important, particularly on inhabited islands. The lifestyle is tropical and scenic, but work can be demanding, remote and shift-based, with limited access to urban services. Foreign employees generally need an employer-sponsored Employment Approval and work visa arranged through the Maldivian authorities before or after arrival. Employers usually manage relocation, medical checks, travel documentation and accommodation, although arrangements vary. Confirm salary, service charge, leave, contract duration and repatriation terms before accepting an offer.
