It forms part of Minor Hotels, the international hospitality group behind brands including AVANI, Anantara, NH Collection and Oaks. The resort offers accommodation, golf, dining, conference facilities and leisure experiences, serving holidaymakers, wedding groups, business events and regional visitors. Australia is an island continent with opportunities across hospitality, tourism, agriculture, healthcare, construction and skilled trades. Resort and restaurant work is particularly available in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Cairns, the Gold Coast and regional destinations such as the Hunter Valley. Australian workplace culture is generally informal, practical and respectful, with strong expectations around punctuality, safety and fair employment conditions. Lifestyle varies from vibrant cities and beaches to quieter regional communities, outdoor activities and wine-country living. Visa options may include Working Holiday visas for eligible passport holders, employer-sponsored visas, student visas with work rights and skilled migration pathways. Before relocating, confirm eligibility, work limits, tax obligations, accommodation costs, healthcare arrangements and any required qualifications. Regional areas may offer lower rent than major cities but fewer transport options.
