Corporate functions in Hong Kong support the group’s global hotel and property network, requiring close collaboration with operations, finance, development, human resources and risk teams. Working in Hong Kong

Hong Kong offers strong opportunities in legal, finance, hospitality, property, technology and professional services, particularly for candidates with international or Greater China experience. Its culture blends Cantonese traditions, global business practices, efficient public transport and a fast-paced working style. Lifestyle options range from dense urban neighborhoods, restaurants and nightlife to beaches, hiking trails and outlying islands. Salaries can be attractive, although housing and international-school costs are high. Most foreign professionals require an employment visa sponsored by a Hong Kong employer; approval generally depends on qualifications, relevant experience, a confirmed role and proof that the position cannot easily be filled locally. Employers often assist with the application and relocation process. New arrivals should arrange accommodation, health insurance, banking and tax registration, and understand local employment, tenancy and immigration rules before moving.
