The company is known for its focus on reliability, operational efficiency, customer service, safety, and sustainability. Working in Japan

Japan offers job opportunities in logistics, manufacturing, technology, hospitality, healthcare, education, and international business. Tokyo and Osaka have the broadest employment markets, while regional cities such as Takasaki can offer more affordable living and strong manufacturing or distribution demand. Japanese workplace culture values punctuality, teamwork, respect, and attention to detail. Daily life is safe and convenient, with excellent public transport, healthcare, and public services, although Japanese language ability is highly useful outside major international workplaces. Foreign nationals generally need an appropriate work visa sponsored by an employer; the Engineer, Specialist in Humanities, International Services visa does not cover every warehouse position, so the exact status should be confirmed before accepting an offer. Relocating requires planning for housing, residence registration, health insurance, banking, taxes, and transportation. Takasaki provides good rail connections and access to Tokyo, but learning practical Japanese will make local life much easier.
