The property serves leisure travelers, business guests, groups and weddings, with dining venues that typically require skilled culinary, restaurant and hospitality professionals. Employees may work in a multicultural environment and are expected to follow Marriott standards for guest service, food safety, teamwork and professionalism. Working in Cayman Islands

The Cayman Islands offer opportunities in hospitality, tourism, financial services, construction, healthcare, retail and marine activities. Grand Cayman has a diverse expatriate community and a relaxed but professional workplace culture, with English widely used. Lifestyle highlights include beaches, snorkeling, diving, boating, restaurants and warm weather throughout the year. Living costs are high, especially for accommodation, groceries, transport and utilities, so applicants should review the full compensation package carefully. Foreign nationals generally need an employer-sponsored work permit before starting employment; the employer normally handles the application, subject to immigration approval and local labor requirements. Some hospitality roles may include staff accommodation, meals, transportation, health insurance or flight assistance, but these benefits are not guaranteed. Candidates should confirm housing, permit fees, contract length, medical requirements, working hours and gratuity arrangements directly with the employer before relocating.
