About the employer

The Ritz-Carlton Dubai is located in the Jumeirah Beach area and serves leisure and business travelers through its accommodation, restaurants, spa, conference facilities, and extensive guest services. Employees are expected to uphold the brand’s principles of genuine care, attention to detail, discretion, and anticipation of guest needs. Working in United Arab Emirates

The United Arab Emirates is a modern Gulf country rather than an island, with strong employment opportunities in hospitality, tourism, aviation, retail, finance, technology, and construction. Dubai offers an international lifestyle, excellent transport, beaches, shopping, dining, and year-round events, although summer temperatures are extremely high and living costs can be significant. The culture combines Emirati traditions, Islamic values, and a diverse expatriate population. Respectful dress and behavior are expected, particularly in public and religious places. Most overseas employees require an employment visa and residence permit sponsored by their employer; the company commonly arranges medical testing, Emirates ID processing, and work authorization. Candidates should confirm accommodation, transport, insurance, service charge, annual leave, airfare, and probation terms before accepting an offer. Arabic is useful, but English is widely used in Dubai’s workplaces.
