The Talent Attraction Specialist will support EY’s recruitment and talent-attraction activities in the Philippines on a fixed-term, 12-month contract. Responsibilities may include sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing recruitment campaigns, maintaining applicant data, supporting employer branding, and partnering with hiring teams and HR stakeholders. Candidates are generally expected to have a bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, HR, marketing, or a related field. Strong communication, organization, stakeholder-management, and digital sourcing skills are important. Experience using applicant-tracking systems, recruitment platforms, and social media campaigns is advantageous. The Supervising Associate level also requires independence, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional-services environment.
EY, formerly Ernst & Young, is a global professional-services organization providing assurance, consulting, strategy, tax, and transaction services. It operates through a worldwide network of member firms and serves companies, governments, and institutions across many industries. EY has a substantial presence in the Philippines, including offices in Taguig, and employs professionals in audit, tax, consulting, technology, finance, and business-support functions. The firm promotes a purpose centered on building a better working world and emphasizes professional development, inclusion, innovation, and collaboration. Its talent-attraction teams help identify and engage candidates, strengthen the employer brand, and support the recruitment of people with the skills needed across its client-service and internal operations.
The Philippines offers career opportunities in business-process services, technology, finance, consulting, healthcare, education, tourism, and increasingly remote and digital work. Metro Manila, including Taguig and Makati, is the main corporate hub, while Cebu and Davao also have strong employment markets. Filipino culture is generally warm, family-oriented, English-friendly, and relationship-driven. Lifestyle ranges from busy urban living, shopping, and nightlife to beaches, mountains, and island travel. Foreign nationals typically need an appropriate work visa or permit sponsored or supported by an employer; requirements vary by nationality and contract type. Relocating to Manila involves planning for traffic, housing costs, healthcare, taxes, and tropical weather. Employers may assist with immigration documentation, but applicants should verify current rules with Philippine authorities before moving.
