The Assistant Director will lead marketing automation initiatives for EY’s Oceania markets, supporting campaign planning, audience segmentation, CRM and marketing technology, reporting, and lead-nurturing programs. Candidates should have substantial experience in B2B marketing automation, campaign operations, digital marketing, CRM platforms, data analysis, and stakeholder management, preferably in professional services or a multinational environment. Strong communication, project leadership, commercial awareness, and knowledge of tools such as Salesforce, Eloqua, Marketo, or similar platforms are expected. The successful candidate will coordinate regional teams, improve marketing efficiency, manage delivery standards, and translate business objectives into measurable campaigns. The role also requires the ability to work across cultures, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver consistently in a fast-paced environment.
EY, formerly Ernst & Young, is a global professional services organization providing assurance, tax, strategy, transactions, consulting, and technology services. It operates in more than 150 countries and supports businesses, governments, and entrepreneurs with transformation, risk management, financial reporting, and growth initiatives. EY Philippines is part of this international network and employs professionals across consulting, assurance, tax, strategy, technology, and business-support functions. The company promotes multidisciplinary collaboration, professional development, inclusion, and the use of technology and data to address complex business challenges. This position sits within the CBS, or Core Business Services, organization and focuses on marketing automation supporting EY’s services and regional business development across Oceania.
The Philippines offers opportunities in shared services, IT, consulting, finance, customer experience, digital marketing, and business-process operations, especially in Metro Manila, Cebu, and emerging hubs such as Iloilo and Davao. Filipino culture is generally warm, family-oriented, English-friendly, and relationship-driven. Daily life can be affordable compared with Australia, Singapore, or much of Europe, although Manila traffic, humidity, and housing costs in central areas can be challenging. The country provides beaches, mountains, diving, food, festivals, and lively urban communities across its major islands. Foreign employees normally need an employer-sponsored work permit and an appropriate visa; requirements vary by nationality and assignment, so professional immigration advice is recommended. Relocating employees should budget for housing deposits, private healthcare, transportation, utilities, and occasional regional travel. Local banking, tax registration, and accommodation arrangements should be organized before or soon after arrival.
