In the Philippines, EY teams support local and international clients across audit, tax, consulting, digital transformation, risk, business operations and corporate services. The company places strong emphasis on integrity, teamwork, inclusiveness, professional development and continuous learning. Working in Philippines

The Philippines offers strong opportunities in business process services, IT, software, finance, consulting, customer support, digital marketing and shared-service operations, especially in Metro Manila, Cebu and emerging hubs such as Clark and Iloilo. Filipino culture is generally warm, community-oriented and English-friendly, with strong family ties and a relaxed social style. Lifestyle costs vary: Manila offers more corporate opportunities but heavier traffic and higher rents, while Cebu and other cities can provide a slower pace and lower living costs. The country has tropical weather, beaches, mountains and active food and festival scenes across its major islands. Foreign employees normally need an appropriate work visa or permit sponsored by their employer; requirements depend on nationality and contract type. International candidates should confirm sponsorship, tax treatment, healthcare, housing and relocation support before accepting an offer. Local workers should prepare for hybrid arrangements and occasional regional or night-shift schedules.
