This role supports EY’s Markets team in developing and executing market strategies for the Consumer & Health and Tax & Law sectors. Requirements typically include substantial experience in B2B marketing, business development, client relationship management, campaign planning, market intelligence, and stakeholder engagement, ideally within professional services or a related industry. The successful candidate is expected to understand sector trends, identify growth opportunities, create compelling propositions and content, coordinate bids and campaigns, and work confidently with senior partners and business leaders. Strong communication, commercial awareness, project management, influencing skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. Experience using CRM, marketing automation, digital channels, and performance reporting would be advantageous.
EY is a global professional services organisation providing assurance, consulting, strategy, tax, and transaction services to businesses and public-sector clients. Its Irish practice operates across Dublin and other locations, supporting local and international companies with audit, financial advice, technology transformation, risk management, tax, and legal services. EY works with organisations across sectors including consumer products, healthcare, financial services, government, and energy. The firm is known for its multidisciplinary approach, combining industry knowledge with consulting, accounting, legal, and technology expertise. Employees typically work in collaborative, client-focused teams and may support both Irish and international engagements. EY also invests in professional development, digital innovation, diversity, and sustainability. The Markets function helps the business strengthen client relationships, build sector propositions, generate demand, and communicate EY’s capabilities effectively.
Ireland offers strong opportunities in technology, financial services, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, consulting, professional services, and multinational business operations. Dublin is the main employment hub, while Cork, Galway, Limerick, and Waterford also provide growing career options. Irish workplace culture is generally collaborative, informal, and relationship-oriented, with good emphasis on communication and work-life balance. The lifestyle includes lively towns, music, sport, historic sites, coastal scenery, and easy access to outdoor activities, although Dublin rents and housing competition are significant challenges. EU, EEA, and Swiss citizens can work without an employment permit. Non-EU nationals usually need an employment permit and an appropriate immigration permission; highly skilled roles may qualify for a Critical Skills Employment Permit, depending on salary and occupation. Relocating candidates should arrange accommodation early, budget for deposits, and check tax, healthcare, banking, and transport requirements.
