As part of Accor, the resort provides employees with access to an international hospitality network, structured operating standards and potential career mobility across numerous brands and destinations. Working in Maldives

The Maldives offers strong employment opportunities in resorts, especially in culinary arts, housekeeping, food and beverage, front office, marine activities, engineering, wellness and guest services. Other opportunities exist in construction, education, healthcare, retail and transport, mainly in Malé and larger inhabited islands. Maldivian culture is Islamic, so modest dress and respectful behavior are expected on local islands; resort islands generally provide a more international environment, although local laws still apply. Life is tropical, relaxed and community-oriented, with excellent beaches, diving and watersports, but remote resort locations can feel isolated and supplies may be expensive. Foreign workers normally require an employer-sponsored work permit and must complete immigration, medical and employment formalities before or shortly after arrival. Employers often provide accommodation and meals, while flights, insurance and leave arrangements vary. Confirm salary, gratuities, contract length, internet access and evacuation provisions before relocating.
