Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island is an upscale beachfront resort on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. It operates under Mövenpick, an internationally recognised hospitality brand within Accor, one of the world’s largest hotel groups. The resort combines contemporary accommodation, restaurants, leisure facilities, wellness experiences and family-oriented activities, serving holidaymakers, corporate guests, groups and destination events. Its location supports both leisure and business tourism, with access to beaches, water activities and Ras Al Khaimah’s growing resort market. Accor provides global systems, brand standards, career development opportunities and access to an international hospitality network. Employees typically work in a multicultural environment focused on guest satisfaction, commercial performance, sustainability and consistent service quality.
Al Marjan Island is a man-made waterfront destination in Ras Al Khaimah, about 45 minutes from Dubai International Airport. Hospitality offers the strongest employment opportunities, including hotel operations, food and beverage, sales, revenue management, events, spa, engineering and guest services. The UAE is multicultural and generally welcoming, but employees should respect local Islamic customs, dress appropriately in public areas and observe regulations on alcohol, photography and public behaviour. Lifestyle benefits include beaches, water sports, desert activities, modern shopping, restaurants and a quieter pace than Dubai. UAE employers commonly arrange an employment visa, medical examination, Emirates ID and health insurance; confirm sponsorship and benefits before accepting an offer. Relocating employees should budget for deposits, transport and initial accommodation. Summers are extremely hot, while winter offers more comfortable outdoor living.
