Elysium Noosa Resort is a planned luxury resort development in Noosa Heads, Queensland, created under Accor’s MGallery Collection. MGallery properties are known for distinctive, design-led hotels that reflect the character, history and culture of their destinations while delivering personalised hospitality. The Elysium Noosa project is positioned to offer an upscale resort experience in one of Australia’s most popular coastal tourism regions, with accommodation, dining, wellness and leisure facilities. As part of Accor, the resort is supported by an international hospitality group operating a broad portfolio of hotels and recognised brands worldwide. Employees can expect a professional environment, structured operational standards, opportunities to work with a pre-opening or growing resort team, and access to Accor’s learning, career development and employee benefit programs.
Australia offers opportunities across hospitality, tourism, finance, construction, healthcare, technology and skilled trades, with strong demand in major cities and regional destinations such as Queensland’s Sunshine Coast. The culture is generally informal, multicultural and outdoors-oriented, with emphasis on work-life balance, direct communication and reliability. Noosa provides beaches, national parks, warm weather, dining and a relaxed lifestyle, although housing and transport costs can be high and a car is often useful. International workers usually need an appropriate visa, such as an employer-sponsored visa, skilled visa or Working Holiday visa, depending on nationality, age, occupation and qualifications. Applicants should check official Department of Home Affairs requirements and confirm sponsorship with the employer. Relocation planning should include accommodation, tax file number, banking, health insurance and superannuation arrangements.
