Located in the exclusive Nusa Dua resort area, the property combines contemporary design with Balinese influences and offers upscale rooms, suites, villas, restaurants, spa facilities, pools and extensive meeting and event spaces. Its clientele includes international leisure travelers, corporate guests, wedding groups and MICE customers. As part of Accor, the resort operates within a global hospitality network that emphasizes personalized service, cultural experiences, sustainability and professional development. The Jakarta sales office supports commercial activity in Indonesia’s capital and helps build relationships with corporate organizations, agencies, event planners and travel partners. Employees can benefit from working with an internationally recognized hotel group, structured brand standards, cross-functional exposure and opportunities within Accor’s wider regional and global network.

Working in Indonesia

Indonesia offers opportunities across Bali, Java, Lombok and other tourism destinations in hotels, restaurants, events, travel, wellness and corporate sales. Bali is popular with international workers for its beaches, outdoor lifestyle and established expatriate community, while Jakarta provides stronger corporate, finance and commercial opportunities. Indonesian culture places importance on hospitality, respect, community and religious diversity; modest dress and sensitivity to local customs are appreciated. Living costs vary considerably, with Bali and Jakarta generally more expensive than smaller cities. Foreign nationals normally need an employer-sponsored work visa and work permit, commonly arranged through the hiring company; working on a tourist visa is not permitted. Relocation planning should cover accommodation, health insurance, tax registration, banking and transportation. English is common in international hotels, but Indonesian language skills improve daily life and business relationships. Bali’s climate is tropical, with a wet and dry season.
