Requirements typically include a degree or diploma in hospitality, business or a related field, previous hotel sales experience in Qatar or the Gulf, strong knowledge of local and international markets, and excellent English communication and negotiation skills. The successful candidate should be confident building client relationships, conducting sales calls and presentations, preparing proposals, managing accounts, meeting revenue targets and maintaining accurate sales records. Arabic or additional language skills, knowledge of Accor systems and pre-opening experience would be advantageous.
