The candidate is expected to identify new accounts, manage key corporate relationships, prepare sales plans, conduct client visits, negotiate contracts, achieve revenue targets, and work closely with revenue management, reservations, and operations teams. Novotel Dubai Al Barsha is a contemporary midscale hotel operated under the Novotel brand, part of Accor, one of the world’s leading hospitality groups. Located in Dubai’s Al Barsha district, the hotel serves corporate travelers, families, groups, and leisure guests, with convenient access to major business areas, shopping destinations, and transport links. Its facilities generally include guest rooms and suites, restaurants, meeting spaces, leisure amenities, and business services. Novotel is known for practical comfort, friendly service, and a relaxed environment designed for both work and leisure. As an Accor property, the hotel benefits from an international network, structured training, employee development opportunities, and global hospitality standards. Sales employees work with local companies, travel partners, event organizers, and international accounts to support occupancy, meetings, and overall hotel revenue.
The United Arab Emirates is not an island, but it is a popular Gulf destination with strong opportunities in hospitality, tourism, aviation, retail, finance, technology, and construction. Dubai offers a fast-paced international lifestyle, modern infrastructure, excellent dining, beaches, shopping, and extensive expatriate communities. The culture combines Islamic traditions with a highly global business environment; modest dress and respectful behavior are expected, particularly during Ramadan. Accommodation and schooling can be expensive, while public transport is strongest in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Most overseas employees need an employer-sponsored residence visa, work permit, medical examination, and Emirates ID. Employers often assist with visa processing, health insurance, flights, and sometimes accommodation or allowances. New arrivals should verify the employment contract, salary, benefits, probation terms, and visa sponsorship before relocating. The UAE has no personal income tax on salaries, although living costs and regulations should be carefully considered.
