About the employer

Swissôtel Corniche Park Towers Doha is an upscale Swiss-inspired hotel project in Qatar, operated under the Swissôtel brand and part of Accor, one of the world’s leading hospitality groups. The property is positioned to serve business and leisure travelers with contemporary accommodation, restaurants, wellness facilities, meeting spaces and attentive service. Swissôtel emphasizes wellbeing, efficiency, balanced living and its Swiss hospitality heritage, while Accor provides international training, career mobility and employee benefit opportunities across a large global network. As an opening hotel, the Doha team is expected to help establish operating standards, build guest experiences and create a strong service culture from the beginning. The role is suited to a fitness professional who enjoys an international hospitality setting, working with guests from different backgrounds and contributing to a newly launched hotel’s gym and wellness offering.

Working in Qatar

Qatar is a compact Gulf country rather than an island, with Doha as its main business and employment center. Hospitality, aviation, tourism, retail, construction, healthcare, education and technology provide regular job opportunities, especially for candidates with international experience. The culture is welcoming but conservative: modest clothing is recommended, public behavior should remain respectful, and alcohol is restricted to licensed venues. Life is modern and convenient, with excellent malls, restaurants, beaches, museums and desert activities, although summers are extremely hot. Employers normally arrange a work visa and residence permit after hiring; expatriates should not work on a tourist visa. Confirm whether the package includes accommodation, transport, medical insurance, flights and meals before accepting. Bring verified qualifications, passport documents and experience references, and budget for initial expenses while your residency and local banking arrangements are completed.
