SO/ Ras Al Khaimah is a luxury lifestyle resort in Ras Al Khaimah, operated under Ennismore in partnership with Accor. The SO/ brand is known for bold design, contemporary hospitality, energetic social spaces and a stylish, fashion-led guest experience. The resort is positioned to attract leisure travellers, couples, groups and event guests seeking a high-end escape in the United Arab Emirates. As part of the Accor network, employees may benefit from structured training, international career opportunities, hotel discounts and professional development, subject to company policy. Security colleagues play an important role in protecting guests and team members while supporting the relaxed, premium atmosphere expected from the property. The workplace is likely to be fast-paced and multicultural, with close cooperation across front office, engineering, housekeeping, food and beverage and management teams.
The United Arab Emirates is not an island, but Ras Al Khaimah is a coastal emirate with beaches, desert landscapes and the Hajar Mountains nearby. Hospitality, tourism, retail, aviation, construction, healthcare and technology offer strong employment opportunities, particularly in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the northern emirates. The culture combines Emirati traditions, Islamic values and a large international community; modest dress and respectful public behaviour are expected. Lifestyle options range from resort beaches and outdoor adventures to shopping, dining and cultural attractions. Employers normally sponsor a work visa, residence permit, medical examination and Emirates ID for eligible overseas hires. Confirm whether accommodation, transport, meals, insurance and annual flights are included before accepting an offer. Employees should not work on a tourist visa. Costs are generally lower in Ras Al Khaimah than Dubai, though private rent and schooling can still be significant. Summer is extremely hot, while winter is comfortable for outdoor activities.
