About the employer

Rixos Bab Al Bahr is an all-inclusive luxury resort in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, operated under the Rixos brand and Accor’s international hospitality portfolio. Located on Marjan Island, the resort offers extensive accommodation, restaurants, bars, swimming pools, entertainment, spa facilities, and family-focused leisure experiences. Its service approach combines Turkish hospitality with international resort standards, attracting guests from many countries, including Russia and other European markets. The property employs a large multicultural team across front office, food and beverage, housekeeping, recreation, wellness, engineering, and administration. Employees generally work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment with opportunities to develop within Accor and the wider hospitality industry. Working in United Arab Emirates

The United Arab Emirates is not an island, although Ras Al Khaimah’s Rixos Bab Al Bahr is located on Marjan Island, a man-made island community. The UAE offers strong opportunities in hotels, tourism, aviation, retail, finance, technology, construction, and healthcare. Its culture blends Emirati traditions with a highly international population; modest dress, respectful behavior, and awareness of Islamic customs are important. Lifestyle options range from beaches, desert activities, and shopping to restaurants, cultural sites, and modern entertainment. Employers usually arrange an employment visa, work permit, medical testing, and Emirates ID after hiring; employees should not work on a tourist visa. Confirm accommodation, transport, insurance, gratuity, probation, working hours, and leave in writing. Ras Al Khaimah is generally quieter and less expensive than Dubai, but applicants should budget for personal expenses and verify all recruitment terms before relocating.
