The successful candidate should demonstrate leadership, organisation and attention to detail, while training and motivating team members. They are expected to coordinate closely with chefs and other departments, maintain a safe and efficient back-of-house environment, control supplies and respond promptly to operational needs. Cantonese, English and relevant hospitality experience are advantageous.

In Hong Kong, the group operates well-known luxury hotels and provides career opportunities across food and beverage, culinary operations, rooms, engineering, finance and corporate functions. Hong Kong offers strong employment opportunities in hotels, restaurants, tourism, retail, finance, technology and professional services. Hospitality roles are concentrated in areas such as Central, Tsim Sha Tsui, Causeway Bay, Admiralty, Kowloon and the airport. The culture blends Cantonese traditions with international influences, and people generally value efficiency, courtesy and hard work. Lifestyle options range from dense urban districts and excellent public transport to beaches, hiking trails and quieter outlying islands. Housing is expensive, so many employees share accommodation or live in districts connected by the MTR. Foreign nationals normally need an employment visa sponsored by an approved employer; applicants must show relevant qualifications and receive a confirmed job offer. Employers often guide successful candidates through the process. Before relocating, check visa rules, contract benefits, accommodation costs, healthcare arrangements and tax obligations. Hong Kong is not a single resort island, but its wider territory includes many scenic islands.
