This role supports customers across South Gold Coast with home and investment lending, helping them assess borrowing options, structure loans and complete applications. Candidates are expected to have experience in residential lending, banking, finance or customer-focused sales, along with strong knowledge of credit policies and responsible lending obligations. The role requires excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills, sound financial judgment, attention to detail and the ability to manage a pipeline independently. The successful candidate will deliver personalised service, meet lending and customer outcomes, work collaboratively with branch and specialist teams, and contribute to ANZ’s risk, compliance and service standards. Relevant lending accreditation or equivalent experience is advantageous.

Australia offers employment opportunities in banking, finance, healthcare, construction, technology, education, tourism, logistics and skilled trades. Major job markets include Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and the Gold Coast. Workplace culture is generally professional but informal, with emphasis on clear communication, teamwork, punctuality and work-life balance. The lifestyle includes beaches, outdoor activities, multicultural communities and generally high living standards, although housing and transport costs vary considerably. The Gold Coast provides a warm coastal lifestyle, but rents and property prices can be high. Visa options include employer-sponsored visas, skilled migration pathways, working holiday visas and student visas, depending on qualifications, occupation and eligibility. Relocating usually requires a valid visa, tax file number, Australian bank account, health insurance where applicable and suitable accommodation. Applicants should check official Australian immigration requirements and confirm whether their occupation and employer qualify for sponsorship before making travel or relocation plans.
