Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is a global luxury hospitality company known for highly personalized service, distinctive properties, and strong employee development. Founded in 1961, the company operates hotels, resorts, and private residences across many international destinations. Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor is a luxury resort on Mallorca’s Formentor peninsula, offering a high-end Mediterranean setting surrounded by beaches, mountains, and protected natural landscapes. Spain’s islands, including Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza, Tenerife, and Gran Canaria, offer opportunities in hotels, restaurants, tourism, events, wellness, transport, retail, and seasonal resort operations. Mallorca combines international communities with traditional villages, Mediterranean food, local festivals, and outdoor activities such as hiking, sailing, cycling, and swimming. Lifestyle is generally relaxed, although hospitality work can be demanding during the summer, with long hours and weekend shifts. Mallorca has good air connections, public transport in major areas, and a wide range of seasonal accommodation, though housing can be expensive near popular resorts. EU, EEA, and Swiss citizens can work without a visa but must complete local registration requirements. Non-EU candidates need the appropriate internship, student, or work authorization before starting; requirements depend on nationality and program structure. Employer or educational-institution support may be necessary.
