The Housekeeping & Common Area Cleaner is responsible for cleaning guest rooms, public areas, corridors, facilities and other shared spaces to a high standard. Duties may include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitising bathrooms, replenishing supplies, handling linen and reporting maintenance or safety issues. Candidates should have strong attention to detail, good time management, a reliable and positive attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Previous hotel or commercial cleaning experience is useful but may not be essential. The role requires physical stamina, safe manual handling, professional presentation and flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and varying shifts.
