It operates under the EDITION brand, Marriott International’s boutique luxury collection created in partnership with hotel innovator Ian Schrager. The adjoining Marriott Downtown Abu Dhabi is part of the same major global hospitality group and serves business and leisure travelers in the capital. Working in United Arab Emirates

Although the UAE is not an island, it offers a highly international lifestyle across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and the other emirates. Hospitality, aviation, tourism, retail, construction, technology, finance, and healthcare provide strong employment opportunities, especially for experienced international candidates. The culture blends Emirati traditions with a large expatriate community; modest dress, respect for religion, and awareness of local customs are important. Abu Dhabi offers a quieter, family-friendly lifestyle, modern infrastructure, beaches, desert excursions, and year-round sunshine, though summers are extremely hot. Employers normally sponsor work visas, residence permits, medical checks, and Emirates ID applications. Candidates should confirm salary, accommodation or allowance, insurance, flights, and relocation support before accepting an offer. Housing, schooling, and transport costs should be considered carefully.
