The Talent Attraction Specialist supports EY’s recruitment and employer-branding activities in the Philippines. Typical requirements include a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, communications, psychology, or a related field; experience in talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, sourcing, or candidate engagement; strong communication and coordination skills; and confidence using recruitment platforms and social media. The successful candidate is expected to build talent pipelines, promote EY career opportunities, coordinate hiring campaigns and events, engage candidates professionally, maintain accurate recruitment records, and collaborate with recruiters and business teams. Attention to detail, discretion, organization, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional-services environment are important.
EY, formerly known as Ernst & Young, is a global professional-services organization providing assurance, tax, consulting, and strategy and transactions services. It operates across more than 150 countries and territories, helping businesses, governments, and entrepreneurs address financial, operational, technological, and regulatory challenges. In the Philippines, EY serves local and international clients through teams based in major business centers, including Metro Manila. The company places strong emphasis on integrity, inclusiveness, innovation, professional development, and building a better working world. Its workforce includes auditors, consultants, tax professionals, technologists, analysts, corporate-services specialists, and talent professionals. As a Talent Attraction Specialist, an employee would contribute to attracting and engaging candidates while supporting EY’s employer brand and growth objectives.
The Philippines offers employment opportunities in business services, technology, finance, consulting, healthcare, education, tourism, and manufacturing, with Metro Manila, Cebu, and Davao as major employment hubs. Filipino culture is generally warm, family-oriented, community-minded, and English-friendly, making workplace integration relatively accessible for international professionals. Lifestyle choices range from busy city living, restaurants, and shopping to affordable coastal communities, hiking, diving, and island travel. Costs vary considerably, with Manila usually more expensive than provincial areas. Foreign nationals normally need an employer-sponsored work visa or permit, commonly involving a Department of Labor and Employment permit and an appropriate immigration visa; requirements depend on nationality and contract terms. Secure a job offer before relocating, confirm sponsorship, budget for housing and healthcare, and check current rules with the Philippine Embassy or Bureau of Immigration. Local transport can be crowded, so location and commute should influence housing decisions.
