EY is seeking an Oracle Fusion Financials Manager to support clients with the design, implementation, enhancement and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials solutions. Requirements typically include strong experience with Oracle Fusion Financials, finance transformation or ERP implementation, and a good understanding of accounting processes such as general ledger, payables, receivables, fixed assets and reporting. Candidates should be comfortable leading workstreams, managing client relationships, preparing solution designs, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. The role also requires strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions. Experience in consulting, project delivery and mentoring junior colleagues is highly desirable.
EY, formerly Ernst & Young, is one of the world’s largest professional services organisations. It provides assurance, tax, strategy, transactions and consulting services to businesses, governments and other institutions. EY operates across many countries and works with clients ranging from growing companies to large multinational organisations. Its Technology Consulting practice helps organisations modernise their systems, improve business processes and adopt platforms such as Oracle, SAP and Microsoft technologies. In Ireland, EY has major offices in Dublin, Cork, Galway and Belfast, serving clients across financial services, public sector, consumer products, energy and other industries. The company places strong emphasis on professional development, collaboration, innovation, inclusion and helping clients manage complex business and technology change.
Ireland offers strong opportunities in technology consulting, software, financial services, pharmaceuticals, medtech, cybersecurity and shared-service operations. Dublin is the main employment hub, while Cork, Galway and Limerick also have active technology and life-sciences markets. Irish culture is generally sociable and welcoming, with a strong pub, music and sports tradition. The lifestyle combines lively cities with easy access to beaches, countryside and historic sites, although housing and rent can be expensive, especially in Dublin. EU, EEA and Swiss citizens can work without an employment visa. Non-EEA applicants normally need an employment permit, often supported by the employer; highly skilled technology roles may qualify for a Critical Skills Employment Permit. Relocating candidates should arrange accommodation early, obtain a PPS number, open a bank account and review healthcare, tax and transport arrangements.
