The firm places strong emphasis on integrity, collaboration, inclusion, professional development and helping clients respond to business and regulatory change. Working in Ireland

Ireland offers strong opportunities in technology, financial services, pharmaceuticals, professional services, healthcare, construction and public administration. Dublin is the main international employment hub, while Cork, Galway, Limerick and Waterford also have growing business and technology communities. Irish workplace culture is generally friendly, collaborative and informal, with good value placed on communication, initiative and work-life balance. Lifestyle benefits include scenic coastlines, historic towns, music, sport and easy travel around the island, although Dublin housing and childcare can be expensive. EU, EEA and Swiss nationals can generally live and work without an employment permit. Non-EEA candidates normally need an appropriate work permit, often supported by an employer, and must meet salary and occupation requirements. A valid employment contract, accommodation planning, tax registration and private health or relocation arrangements may be needed when moving. Public transport is strongest in major cities, while a car is useful outside them.
