Destination Guide

The United Arab Emirates is not an island but a federation of seven emirates, offering strong opportunities in hotels, resorts, restaurants, tourism, aviation, retail, and events. Ras Al Khaimah provides a more relaxed and affordable lifestyle than Dubai, with beaches, mountains, desert activities, and a growing hospitality sector. UAE culture blends Islamic traditions with a highly international population; modest dress and respect for local customs are important. Employees typically work long, shift-based hours in hospitality, while accommodation, transport, meals, insurance, and annual flights may be included in employment packages. Employers normally sponsor work visas, arrange medical testing and Emirates ID processing, and provide residency linked to the employment contract. Candidates should verify contract terms, probation rules, benefits, recruitment fees, and accommodation before relocating. Dubai and Abu Dhabi are accessible for travel, shopping, entertainment, and wider career opportunities.
