The Bartender prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, takes guest orders, maintains the bar area, handles payments, and follows responsible-service, hygiene, and safety standards. Candidates are expected to have previous bartending or hospitality experience, good knowledge of beverages and cocktail preparation, and confident communication skills. A professional appearance, positive attitude, teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and busy service periods are essential. Experience in a hotel, restaurant, cruise ship, or international hospitality environment is advantageous. Familiarity with English is normally required, while additional languages are helpful.
