It is associated with the SO/ Hotels & Resorts brand, known for contemporary design, lifestyle-focused experiences, fashion-inspired interiors, and personalised service. Destination Guide

Although the role is in Sotogrande on mainland Spain, Spain’s islands offer comparable hospitality opportunities, especially in Mallorca, Ibiza, Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, and Fuerteventura. Hotels, resorts, restaurants, tour operators, finance teams, and seasonal guest-service businesses regularly recruit staff. Island culture blends Spanish traditions with strong Mediterranean, Canarian, and international influences. Lifestyle is relaxed and outdoor-oriented, with beaches, water sports, hiking, and active social scenes, though popular destinations can be expensive and seasonal. EU, EEA, and Swiss citizens generally need no work visa. Non-EU applicants normally require a work permit, student internship authorisation, or another valid residence route. Plan accommodation early, compare seasonal wages with rent, and check transport, healthcare, registration, and tax requirements before relocating.
