Job Description

The Food and Beverage Attendant supports Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour’s In Room Dining and Mini Bar operations. Responsibilities include taking and delivering guest orders, preparing and replenishing mini bars, setting up trays, processing payments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring excellent service and presentation. Candidates should have hospitality or food and beverage experience, strong communication skills, attention to detail, a professional appearance, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
