Job Description

The Housekeeping Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors and other allocated areas to ibis and Accor standards. Duties include changing linen, replenishing amenities, reporting maintenance issues, handling cleaning equipment safely and respecting guest privacy. Candidates should be reliable, physically fit, well presented and able to work efficiently with attention to detail. Previous hotel or commercial cleaning experience is helpful but may not be essential. The role requires flexibility to work mornings, weekends and public holidays, good teamwork, a positive attitude and the legal right to work in Australia. Strong hygiene awareness and basic communication skills are expected.
