Job Description

The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring attentive service, efficient team performance and strong guest satisfaction. Candidates should have relevant experience in restaurant or hotel food and beverage operations, good knowledge of service standards, staff supervision, stock control and health and safety procedures. Fluency in Greek is an important requirement, while English communication skills and additional languages are advantageous. The role requires a professional, guest-focused attitude, confidence handling busy service periods, strong organization and the ability to coach team members. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays is expected.
