Company Info

Hyde Ibiza is a lifestyle hotel located in Cala Llonga, on the island of Ibiza, Spain. The property forms part of the Hyde brand, a hospitality concept associated with music, social experiences, design-led spaces and relaxed service. It offers accommodation alongside food and beverage venues, entertainment and leisure facilities aimed at both holidaymakers and guests seeking a vibrant island stay. Hyde Ibiza operates within the Accor group, a major international hospitality company with hotels and resorts across many countries and brands. The hotel’s seasonal operation provides practical exposure to restaurant, bar, events and guest-service work in an international environment. As with many Ibiza properties, the pace can be particularly busy during the summer season, making the internship suitable for candidates who enjoy teamwork, multicultural settings and energetic hospitality operations.

Destination Guide

Spain’s islands, including Ibiza, Mallorca, Menorca, Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote and Fuerteventura, offer seasonal opportunities in hotels, restaurants, bars, events, tourism, wellness and water activities. Ibiza is known for its international nightlife, beaches, electronic music, welcoming social atmosphere and strong summer economy, while other islands offer quieter communities and more family-oriented tourism. Lifestyle is generally outdoors-focused, with warm weather, late dining and a relaxed pace outside peak season. EU, EEA and Swiss citizens can work in Spain with the appropriate registration. Non-EU applicants normally need a suitable work or internship visa arranged before arrival, and requirements depend on nationality and placement type. Candidates should confirm accommodation, transport, insurance, meals, stipend and working hours in writing, as summer housing can be expensive and difficult to secure. Spanish is helpful, although English is widely used in tourist areas.
