Company Info

Hyde Hotel Ibiza is a lifestyle hotel on the island of Ibiza, operated under Hyde, a contemporary hospitality brand within Accor. The brand combines relaxed luxury, music, design, dining and social experiences, appealing to guests seeking an energetic yet comfortable island stay. Hyde Ibiza is located in Cala Llonga and offers accommodation, restaurants, bars, entertainment and leisure facilities designed around a vibrant Mediterranean atmosphere. Accor is a major international hospitality group managing hotels and resorts across many market segments and countries. Employees and interns can gain experience in an international hotel environment, working with guests from diverse backgrounds and collaborating across operational departments. Because Ibiza is highly seasonal, the hotel environment can be particularly busy during the summer, providing practical exposure to guest relations, events, food and beverage and resort operations.

Destination Guide

Spain’s islands, including Ibiza, Mallorca, Menorca, Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote and Fuerteventura, offer strong seasonal opportunities in hotels, restaurants, bars, tourism, events, wellness and water sports. Ibiza is known for its international nightlife, electronic music, beaches, Mediterranean villages and busy summer hospitality scene. Lifestyle is sociable and outdoor-focused, although rents and transport costs can be high, especially in peak season. Spanish is useful, while English and other European languages are valued in tourism. EU, EEA and Swiss citizens can work with the appropriate registration and social-security arrangements. Non-EU candidates normally need a work or internship visa, and requirements depend on nationality, study status and contract type. Employers may offer accommodation, meals or transport assistance, but this should be confirmed before accepting an offer. Early accommodation planning is essential, as seasonal housing is limited. Public buses serve main areas, while a scooter or car can be helpful.
