Job Description

The Turndown Room Attendant prepares guest rooms for the evening by refreshing beds, arranging linens, replenishing amenities, removing rubbish, checking room presentation and responding appropriately to guest requests. The role requires strong attention to detail, a professional and friendly manner, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently while respecting guest privacy. Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is helpful, although reliable candidates with a positive attitude may be trained. Candidates are expected to follow Sofitel and Accor service standards, maintain hygiene and safety procedures, communicate effectively with colleagues, and provide discreet, thoughtful service consistent with a luxury hotel environment. Availability for evening, weekend and public-holiday shifts is generally required.
