Company Info

Sofitel Dubai The Palm is a luxury beachfront resort on Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, operated under Sofitel, Accor’s internationally recognised luxury hospitality brand. The resort combines French-inspired design and service with a Polynesian theme and offers guestrooms, suites, villas, restaurants, bars, swimming pools, spa facilities, and meeting spaces. Destination Guide

Although the United Arab Emirates is not an island, Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah and coastal resorts provide a resort-style lifestyle with beaches, water sports, shopping, dining, and extensive hospitality employment. Opportunities are common in hotels, restaurants, tourism, aviation, retail, events, security, and wellness. UAE culture blends Emirati traditions with a large international population; respectful dress, politeness, and awareness of Islamic customs are important. Dubai offers modern transport, healthcare, entertainment, and diverse communities, though housing and summer temperatures can be challenging. Most expatriate employees require employer-sponsored residence and work visas. Employers may provide accommodation, transport, meals, medical insurance, annual leave, and a return flight, depending on the contract. Candidates should confirm salary, service charge, working hours, accommodation, probation, visa sponsorship, and end-of-service benefits before relocating.
