Destination Guide

Spain’s main island destinations include Ibiza, Mallorca, Menorca, and the Canary Islands. Hospitality offers many seasonal opportunities in hotels, restaurants, beach clubs, events, wellness, tourism, and water sports, with the busiest recruitment period usually running from spring to autumn. Ibiza is known for international nightlife, music, beaches, and a social, fast-paced lifestyle; Mallorca offers a broader year-round economy, while Menorca is quieter and more nature-focused. The Canary Islands provide milder winter weather and longer tourism seasons. EU, EEA, and Swiss citizens generally need only registration and a Spanish tax or social-security number to work. Non-EU applicants usually need an appropriate work authorization, often arranged before arrival. Relocation costs can be high, especially for summer housing, so candidates should confirm accommodation, transport, meals, working hours, insurance, and contract terms before accepting an offer.
