Destination Guide

Australia offers strong opportunities in hotels, restaurants, tourism, events, healthcare, construction, technology and skilled trades, especially in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and regional resort areas. The culture is generally informal, multicultural and friendly, with emphasis on workplace safety, punctuality, fairness and work-life balance. Melbourne provides excellent dining, arts, sport and public transport, although rent and living costs can be high. Australia is a large island continent rather than a single resort island, with diverse beaches, cities and natural landscapes. Foreign workers usually need an appropriate visa, such as a Working Holiday visa, employer-sponsored visa or skilled migration pathway; eligibility depends on nationality, age, occupation and qualifications. Before relocating, candidates should confirm work rights, health insurance, tax-file requirements, accommodation costs and recognition of qualifications. Accor roles may offer employee benefits, but relocation support should be confirmed directly with the employer.
