Company Info

Accor is a global hospitality group operating a broad portfolio of hotels, resorts, and lifestyle brands, including Raffles, Fairmont, Sofitel, Pullman, Novotel, ibis, Mövenpick, and many others. Founded in France, the company has a major international presence across luxury, premium, midscale, and economy accommodation, together with restaurants, residences, wellness, and related hospitality services. Accor supports hotel owners and operators through development, design, technical services, operations, marketing, technology, and commercial expertise. Its corporate offices coordinate regional and global programs, helping ensure that new developments and renovations meet brand, quality, safety, sustainability, and guest-experience standards. Destination Guide

The United Arab Emirates is not an island but a federation of seven emirates, with Dubai and Abu Dhabi offering the largest concentration of hospitality, tourism, construction, engineering, and corporate jobs. The country has a multinational culture, modern infrastructure, strong dining and retail scenes, desert and coastal recreation, and a generally safe, convenient lifestyle. Dubai is fast-paced and cosmopolitan, while Abu Dhabi is often quieter and more family-oriented. Most expatriates work under an employer-sponsored residence visa, which commonly includes medical checks, Emirates ID processing, and sometimes housing, transport, flights, or schooling benefits. Employees should confirm contract terms, probation rules, insurance, annual leave, and relocation support before accepting an offer. Costs can be high, especially for rent and schooling, although salaries are generally tax-free for individuals. English is widely used in business, while respect for local customs and laws is essential.
