Destination Guide

Although the United Arab Emirates is not an island, Dubai offers a highly international lifestyle and strong opportunities in hotels, restaurants, tourism, retail, aviation, events, and business services. English is widely used, while Arabic is the official language; Hindi, Urdu, and other languages are common in the workplace. Dubai is modern, safe, and convenient, with excellent public transport, beaches, shopping, dining, and year-round events. Summers are extremely hot, so most daily activities take place indoors, while the cooler months are ideal for outdoor activities. Employers normally sponsor a work visa, residence permit, medical examination, and Emirates ID for successful overseas hires. Candidates should confirm accommodation, transport, insurance, meals, service charge, annual leave, and flight benefits before accepting an offer. Relocation costs and documentation requirements vary, and employees must follow UAE labor, cultural, and public-conduct rules.
